Replacement for Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during transit, record unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the damaged parcel with the exact same product and size. For more info, click here.

Order Cancellation: Order cancellations are allowed within 18 hours of placement, but after this period, cancellations are not possible and any payments made will be non-refundable.
