⏰ REPLACEMENT REQUEST MUST BE RAISED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY
Once the 24-hour window passes, all sales are marked final and no replacement case can be opened.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 18 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated and all payments are non-refundable.

Please note: orders placed with express shipping are not eligible for cancellation even within the 18-hour window.
πŸ’³ Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a 10% advance payment at the time of placing the order. In most cases, this advance is collected securely during checkout via Razorpay. However, if the payment is not collected due to any unforeseen technical issue, our support team will contact you via WhatsApp or Email after your order is placed and will share a secure payment link to complete the advance payment. Your order will be processed once the advance payment has been received.

The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses or fails to receive the order at the time of delivery.

COD availability may vary depending on your delivery location and order value.Β 
πŸ“ If COD Becomes Unavailable After Order Placement
If your Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) order is accepted but, before dispatch, your delivery pincode is found to be temporarily non-serviceable for COD by our courier partner, we'll contact you and offer either of the following options:
1. Cancel the order and receive a full refund of your advance payment.
2. Pay the remaining order amount in advance, after which we'll ship your order through one of our trusted pan-India courier partners that do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
Important: We will proceed only after receiving your confirmation on the option you choose.
πŸ”„ Returns & Refunds
As each artwork is specially crafted on a made-to-order basis, we are unable to accommodate requests for returns, refunds, exchanges, or size modifications once an order has been processed or delivered.

Replacement in cases where the product is as per the standards shown on the website and functioning well is not possible.
πŸ“¦ Received a Damaged or Defective Artwork?
All orders include In-Transit Damage Protection. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it with the exact same product and size at no additional cost.

To raise a replacement request, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted as all sales are marked final after that point.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship
We have reverse pickup facility available for most major areas across India. In the rare case that reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product in its original packaging to our operations office:
