REPLACEMENT REQUEST FORM
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a damaged product or it is found to be defective, we’ll happily replace your product or have it fixed.
REQUEST TO BE RAISED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
On receiving the product you have a 24-hour window to contact us if there is an issue with your order. After 24-hours (1 day) all sales are marked final and no case can be opened.
The following are the only cases we accept Replacement Requests :
1. Item was damaged on arrival to the buyer's location.
2. Item has a prior defect
3. Wrong item was shipped to the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will arrange return pickup at your doorstep.
For International Customers (outside India)
If in the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, kindly reach us via support@canvo.in and send the item/s to:

ORDER CANCELLATION:
The order shall be refunded in full if the order is cancelled before 18 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, the order cannot be cancelled after that period has passed. Contact support@canvo.in to cancel an order within 18 hours of placing the order.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
