Free shipping applies to the first dispatch only. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or cancellation by the customer after dispatch — the re-shipping cost for the next attempt will be charged to the customer.
Advance amounts will not be refunded in cases where the customer fails to receive the order or is unavailable at the time of delivery.

📦 How We Pack Your Artwork
Every artwork is packed using a 3-layered protective packaging system designed to withstand the rigours of transit across India:
Layer 1 — Shrink Wrap: The artwork is first tightly sealed in shrink wrap to protect the surface from dust, moisture, and minor abrasions.
Layer 2 — Bubble Wrap: A thick layer of bubble wrap cushions the canvas on all sides, absorbing shocks and vibrations during handling and transit.
Layer 3 — Thick Corrugated Box: The wrapped artwork is placed inside a sturdy corrugated cardboard box, sealed securely to protect against impact and pressure from all directions.
All orders also include In-Transit Damage Protection — if your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it. See our Replacement Request page for full details.

📅 What Are Working Days?
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
