RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY IN BRIEF:

No Returns or Exchanges: Since each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or size change requests once the order is placed. Please ensure that the size and requirements are correct before placing your order. For more info, click here.

Replacement for Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during transit, record unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the damaged parcel with the exact same product and size. For more info, click here.

Order Cancellation: Order cancellations are allowed within 18 hours of placement, but after this period, cancellations are not possible and any payments made will be non-refundable. If you requested quick processing, cancellation is not allowed even within the 18-hour window.
